Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and gazing at the majestic Diamond Rock and Morne Larcher. This contemporary villa is nestled in the peaceful residential area of O’Mullane Bas, in Le Diamant.

A peaceful and authentic setting
Just 300 meters away, a quiet little beach awaits you for a refreshing swim or seashell collecting. If you prefer wide open spaces, the magnificent Diamant beach – stretching over 3 km – is just a few minutes away (2.5 km). The town center, with its lively markets, small seafood restaurants, and local shops, is only 2 km further.

A modern villa designed for comfort
Built in 2022, this single-story villa welcomes up to 6 guests in an elegant and friendly atmosphere.
It features:

A spacious and bright living room, opening onto the terrace, with lounge area and TV.
A fully equipped American kitchen with sea view and large American-style refrigerator.
3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and private bathroom (two of them with both indoor and outdoor showers for a unique experience).

The terrace, a natural extension of the house, offers a beautiful dining area and an outdoor lounge. It opens directly onto the salt-treated swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m), secured with an immersed alarm, and boasting breathtaking views over Pointe Cherry and the Caribbean Sea.
